Product Safety Issue

Here you can get in touch with us if you have encountered a safety issue with an IKEA product.

At IKEA, product safety is our top priority. If you have had a safety issue with one of our products, please let us know so that we can make it right. Write us an e-mail to [email protected]. Please describe the safety issue to us in detail and include the item name, item number, date of purchase, if possible, the date stamp of the product and the five-digit supplier code. You are also welcome to enclose pictures that illustrate the problem.
