The products in Second-chance shop come to us in different ways, and each one is carefully checked and prepared for continued use.
- Products bought back through our Buyback service: IKEA products in good condition that customers have sold back to us.
- Ex-display: IKEA products that were previously displayed in our stores and are now ready for a new home.
- Products with minor imperfections: IKEA products that may have small marks or damage from transport or storage but remain fully functional and safe to use.

Buyback service
Sell your used, assembled IKEA products back to us through our Buyback service, giving them the opportunity to find a new home in the Second-chance Shop. In return, you'll receive a voucher that can be redeemed on your next IKEA purchase.
