Djuparp cover is made of velvet which, through a traditional weaving technique, gives the fabric a warm, deep colour and a soft surface with a dense pile and light, reflective shine.

According to industry standards, a lightfastness level of 4 or higher is suitable for home use.

Material

Velvet

Velvet is made using a traditional weaving technique, which gives the fabric a dense pile that reflects light and gives a fine lustre with a slightly shiny look. Thanks to the dense pile, the colour looks deep and warm ‒ and the fabric feels cosy and soft against the skin. These qualities have contributed to velvet’s association with luxury.
