Are there wheelchairs to borrow?
Yes, you can rent wheelchairs in the entrance area of every IKEA store (except Wien Westbahnhof). Please contact our staff on site.

Is the furniture store suitable for wheelchairs?

Yes, all our furniture stores in Austria are barrier-free:

• At the entrances there are appropriate lifts between floors.
• Furniture exhibition and market hall/SB hall are wide enough.
• Toilets and restaurant are also accessible and there are special toilets on each floor, except in the Wien Westbahnhof furniture store.
• Our emergency plans also include special assistance for people with disabilities.

Can I take my dog to IKEA?

Even if you love your four-legged friend, there are very many adults and children who are afraid of dogs. For this reason, dogs are only allowed at IKEA with a leash and muzzle on. However, dogs are not allowed on the roof terrace of our store in Vienna at the Westbahnhof.

With phone ordering at IKEA, you can shop from home or elsewhere in a relaxed way. Our staff will save the products you select, the delivery address and your email address, to which we will send the information about the total cost of the order and the available delivery methods.

In our IKEA stores you can buy all products and take them home or pick up products that you have ordered online. In selected stores, you can even return furniture you no longer need and sell it through our buyback service in the Zweites Leben Shop.

The employees in our planning studios will plan your home together with you. You can also order all products on site and have them delivered to your home.

You can conveniently pick up your Click & Collect order at our pick-up stations near you.
