How long does it take to receive an IKEA gift card or email voucher ordered online?
Find out when your IKEA gift card or email voucher ordered online will be delivered and activated – including payment details.
This depends on the type of voucher you ordered:
Email voucher (digital)
- Delivered by email within approx. 15 minutes after payment verification.
- The voucher will be activated within 24 hours.
- It can therefore be redeemed in IKEA stores in Austria from the day after the order is placed.
IKEA gift card (by post)
- Delivered within Austria approximately 2–3 business days after receipt of payment.
Important for advance payment (bank transfer)
If you choose advance payment (bank transfer), it may take up to 4 business days for the payment to reach us.
