Where can I find my IKEA planning code?

Your IKEA planning code allows you to reopen and continue working on a saved plan later. Here is where you can find your code.

WHERE YOU CAN FIND YOUR PLANNING CODE?

If you created your plan yourself using an IKEA online planning tool:
  1. Open your plan in the IKEA planning tool.
  2. At the end of the planning process, select “Finish” or “Save for later”.
  3. Your planning code will then be displayed.
Make a note of the code or, if available, have your plan sent to you by link or email so you can access it again later.

PLANNING WITH IKEA CO-WORKERS

If your plan was created together with an IKEA co-worker, you can find the planning code in your planning or order documents.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CHANGE MY PLAN?

If you make changes to your plan, a new planning code may be created. Always save the latest planning code after making changes so you can access the correct version of your plan later.
