Why can't I save my IKEA kitchen design?
Unable to save your kitchen plan? Find out what requirements must be met and how to save your kitchen design.
If you cannot save your kitchen design, first check whether you are signed in to your IKEA Family account.
IKEA Family account required
Saving kitchen plans is only available for IKEA Family members.
If you are not signed in yet, please log in or create an IKEA Family account.
How to save your kitchen plan
- Open the Kitchen Planner.
- Click Save in the upper right corner.
- Enter a name for your kitchen design.
- Confirm by clicking Save.
Still having problems?
If you still cannot save your kitchen design after signing in, please contact our Customer Service team.
Good to know
Your saved kitchen plans are linked to your IKEA Family account.
