What should I do if I’ve lost my IKEA Family card?
Lost your IKEA Family card? No problem – find out how to access your digital card in the IKEA app or in your online profile.
Don’t worry, even without a physical card, you can continue to enjoy all IKEA Family benefits.
Use your digital IKEA Family card
- Google Play Store
- Apple App Store
After signing in, you’ll find your digital IKEA Family card directly in the app and can show it when shopping.
Alternatively: use your online profile
If you don’t yet have an IKEA online profile:
- Create an IKEA online profile.
- Link it to your existing IKEA Family membership.
- Access your membership online at any time.
Important
You do not need a new physical card your digital IKEA Family card fully replaces it.
