I didn't want the item but end up payingAnonymous reviewerThe item came and I asked delivery team to return. They said they cannot take and I should contact customer care. I contacted an agent and they recommended I should drop the item to ikea store. I visited the store and they didn't take the item back as it is not in box. I feel literally scammed and will never buy again from Ikea. I am pretty vocal about my experience as well to friends and family.1
Lovely addition to a stand-up desk especially the GladhōjdenAnonymous reviewerNice sturdy chair, good looking and ergonomic. The cushion is comfortable and the swivel feels very controlled. I also like the footrest and the mechanism to move the chair up and down. Very satisfied with the product and I would highly recommend it.5
