IKEA UAE STORES - 20% Cashback Voucher for Emirates Platinum card holder

Terms & conditions

  • Offer duration:  13-11-2025 to 31-12-2025.
  • Redemption duration: 01-01-2026 to 31-03-2026 
  • Location valid: IKEA UAE stores only.
  • Discount: 20% Cash Back Voucher
  • The minimum cashback voucher value is AED 100 for a spend of AED 500.
  • The maximum cashback voucher value is AED 2,000 which means a customer must spend AED 10,000 to receive the full amount of the Offer (20% of 2,000).
  • Minimum Purchase on Home Furnishing or Food AED 500 (Excluding Gift card Purchase) 

Offer Mechanism:

  • Emirates platinum card holders receive 20% Cash Back Voucher on a single transaction that has the minimum purchase value of AED 500 during the Offer Duration.
  • Minimum spend criteria is on a single transaction. Multiple transactions cannot be merged.
  • Minimum cashback voucher value is AED 100 for a spend of AED 500.
  • Maximum cashback voucher value is AED 2,000, which means a customer must spend AED 10,000 to receive the full amount.

 

Redemption:

  • No Minimum spend required to redeem the Voucher. The Voucher can be used for a single transaction of any value.
  • The Offer can only be used in full and once per single transaction. The Offer cannot be split and/or combined in any way.
  • The Offer is applicable for in-store purchases.
  • No redemption of the Offer is permissible during the Offer Duration.

 

General Terms & Contidions:

  • Multiple purchases cannot be combined to avail the Offer.
  • B2B customers, companies paying with VAT in case of credit sales or special agreement are not eligible to receive and redeem the Offer.
  • The Offer cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion in the store
  • The Offer cannot be redeemed for IKEA Gift Card purchases.
  • The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or any other tender.
  • To redeem the Offer at the IKEA UAE Store, Emirates platinum card holder needs to present their original and valid emirates platinum card/digital card to the cashier at the checkout.
  • Al-Futtaim IKEA shall not be held responsible for any misuse of the Offer.
  • We reserve the right to revoke the Voucher if we suspect fraud, unlawful activity, or improper use. You agree that you will not use a revoked Voucher.
  • If a full or partial refund/exchange is made against a transaction in which the Offer has been redeemed, Al-Futtaim IKEA reserves the right to accept returns as per the Return Policy.
  • The Offer has no implied warranties attached to it.
  • Customers may be requested to provide their full name, phone Customers may be requested to provide their personal data. Al-Futtaim IKEA will be the data controller for such personal data and will use it for the purposes of administering this Offer and to contact participants.
  • Al-Futtaim IKEA processes personal data based on a legitimate interest as described herein. By entering this Offer and providing your personal data to us, each participant confirms that they have understood that their personal data will be processed for the purposes described above.
  • Al-Futtaim IKEA will not be liable for any loss arising from the postponement, cancellation, delay, or changes to the promotion beyond its control or for any act or default of any third-party supplier.
  • The Offer is issued by Al-Futtaim IKEA, who reserves the right to change the terms & conditions of it at any time or to contract with a third party to administer this program. Any amendment to the terms and conditions shall be deemed to be in force with immediate effect.

 

By entering into this Offer, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
