  • Discount/Offer:  15% Discount.
  • Minimum purchase: AED 500.00 (Excluding Gift Card Purchase).
  • Redemption duration:  Instant Discount on net transaction value. 

 

Offer Mechanism:

GDRFA – Al Saada Emirati employees receive a 15% Discount on a single transaction that has the minimum purchase value of AED 500 during the Offer duration.

 

Redemption:

  • Instant 15% Discount on your current purchase.
  • Minimum transaction value of AED 500.
  • The 15% Discount is applicable only to in-store purchases and excludes online purchases.
  • The 15% Discount excludes services including interior design, food, delivery and assembly.

 

General Terms and Conditions:

  • To obtain a 15% Discount at an IKEA UAE store, GDRFA – Al Saada card holders must present their original physical/digital and valid GDRFA – Al Saada card along with the Emirates ID to the cashier at the checkout. Screenshots and photocopies of cards shall not be accepted and be an IKEA Family member.
  • The 15% Discount can only be used in full and once per single transaction per day. The 15% Discount cannot be split and/or combined in any way. 
  •  The Offer cannot be used by B2B customers, companies paying with VAT, in case of credit sales or special agreements.
  • This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, special discounts and/or special agreements.
  • The 15% Discount is applicable for food purchases in store, provided that the net minimum purchase value is AED 500 AED. However, the 15% Discount is not valid for any online purchases.
  • The 15% Discount is not applicable for IKEA Gift Card purchases.
  • The 15% Discount cannot be exchanged for cash or any other tender.
  • The 15% Discount can only be redeemed at IKEA UAE stores only. 
  • The 15% Discount shall only be available to GDRFA – Al Saada Emirati Employees. The 15% Discount cannot be used by GDRFA – Al Saada Employees that are classed as tourists and/or expats. 
  • Al-Futtaim IKEA shall not be held responsible for any misuse of the Offer, and you agree to indemnify any claims whatsoever regarding the use of the Offer.
  • Al-Futtaim IKEA reserves the right to revoke the Offer if we suspect fraud, unlawful activity or improper use.
  •  If a full or partial refund/exchange is made against a transaction in which the 15% Discount has been issued or redeemed, Al-Futtaim IKEA reserves the right to accept returns as per the Return Policy. 
  • The Offer has no implied warranties attached to it. 
  • Customers may be requested to provide their full name, phone number, email address, and/or other personal data that may be necessary. Al-Futtaim IKEA will be the data controller for such personal data and will use it for the purposes of administering the 15% Discount and to contact participants. 
  • Al-Futtaim IKEA processes personal data based on a legitimate interest as described herein. By entering this Offer and providing your phone number to us, each participant confirms that they have understood that their phone number will be processed for the purposes described herein.
  • Al-Futtaim IKEA will not be liable for any loss arising from the postponement, cancellation, delay, or changes to the Offer beyond its control or for any act or fault of any third-party supplier.
  • The 15% Discount is issued by Al-Futtaim IKEA, who reserves the right to change the terms & conditions of it at any time or to contract with a third party to administer this program. Any amendment to the terms and conditions shall be deemed to be in force with immediate effect.

 

By entering this Offer, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
