Plant balls with a taste of Christmas

Ingredients

400 g HUVUDROLL plant balls

2 tbsp butter

1 ml ground cinnamon

1 ml ground ginger

1 ml ground cardamom

Step by step

1. Melt the butter in a frying pan and mix in the spices.

2. Fry the plant balls in the spiced butter until golden brown.


Serving

Serve the plant balls with a refreshing salad of segmented orange slices, cranberries, and pomegranate seeds.
