Pasta with homemade pesto

Ingredients
- 400 g BÄSTISAR pasta
- 60 g MUNSBIT roasted cashews lightly salted
- 1 large pot of basil
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 dl olive oil
- 1 dl parmesan cheese, finely grated
- Salt
- Pepper
Step by step
- Boil salted water for the pasta and cook it according to the instructions on the package.
- Chop or blend the cashew nuts, basil and garlic. Mix with the olive oil, and add parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
Tip: Try substituting basil with arugula, spinach or carrot tops for new, delicious flavour combos.
