Oat biscuit & raspberry jam cheesecake
Celebrate midsummer with a creamy, delicious cheesecake topped with fresh berries! This summery dessert is super-easy to make and serve in portion-sized individual glasses.


Serves: 4 | Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
Oat biscuit & raspberry jam cheesecake 
8 tbsp SYLT HALLON & BLÅBÄR rasp- and blueberry jam 
8 KAFFEREP oat biscuits 
2 dl cream 200 g cream cheese 
2 1/2 tbsp icing sugar 
2 tsp vanilla sugar 
1/2 lemon, the juice Topping 
1 dl summer berries 
Step by step:
- Whip cream, cream cheese, icing sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice until fluffy. Add a little lemon juice or water if the mix is too thick.
 - Crush the oat biscuits into crumbs.
 - Layer jam, biscuit crumbs and cream cheese fluff in beautiful glasses.
 - Top with summer berries and dust them with a little icing sugar.
