Ice cream with strawberry spread and chocolate

Create magic in minutes with this ice cream dessert! Who can resist a combo of strawberry spread, cookie crumbs, and chocolate? 

Glasses have pieces of dark chocolate, KAFFEREP biscuits with almonds, vanilla ice cream and VAGGSÅNG strawberry spread.

Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 10 minutes

Ingredients 

  • 100 g CHOKLAD MÖRK dark chocolate tablet
  • 8 pieces of KAFFEREP biscuits with almonds
  • 1/2 l vanilla ice cream
  • VAGGSÅNG strawberry spread

Step by step

  1. Crush the biscuits and roughly chop or grate the chocolate.
  2. Layer crushed biscuits, ice cream, and strawberry spread into four glasses.
  3. Sprinkle the chocolate on top and... voilà!

 

Tip! Want to give it a try to make the strawberry sauce yourself? You’ll need:

  • 300 g fresh strawberries
  • 1 dl sugar
  • 1/2 dl water

 

Remove the stems from the strawberries and cut them into smaller pieces. Put strawberries, sugar and water in a saucepan. Heat until the sugar melts and the strawberries soften. Then, blend into a smooth sauce, let it cool, and continue from step 1.
