Flatbread snack with berries and cardamom

Surprise your tastebuds with a luxurious flatbread roll snack with almonds, cardamom and whipped cream topped with berries and icing sugar.

Ingredients 

  • Flatbread snack with berries and cardamom
  • 4 pieces of GRÄDDAT soft, thin flatbread
  • 2 tsp almonds, roasted and chopped
  • 1 1/2 dl whipping cream
  • Almond paste (see ingredients below)
  • Icing sugar
  • Berries of your choice
  • Cardamom, crushed
  • Almond paste
  • 150 g almond pulp, grated
  • 2 tsp almonds, chopped
  • 2 tsp almond flour
  • 4-5 tbsp milk

Step by step 

  1. Whisk together all the ingredients for the almond paste.
  2. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Spread the almond paste in the middle of the flatbread. Start from the top and leave a few centimetres at the bottom.
  4. Spread the cream on top of the almond paste. Next, sprinkle the roasted and chopped almonds and crushed cardamom over it. Top off with icing sugar and berries.
  5. Fold in the bottom of the bread a few centimetres and then fold it to the left and right into a wrap.
