1. Talk with a Business expert
Schedule a meeting with our business consultants, and they will put you in touch with one of our interior designers, who will assist you with your project.
2. Initial meeting with an interior designer
The meetings take place online. We discuss possibilities and functional solutions that will suit you based on your needs, wishes, and vision.
3. Timeplan and quote
Next, we will present how we plan to proceed with the project, including a timeline and a quote. The timeline will show the estimated number of hours. Once you approve the quote, we can begin planning.
The price is 599,– per hour for planning.
IKEA Business Network members get the first consultation for free and a 50% discount on the rest of the service.
4. Furnishing proposal
Based on the information we have received about your business and your needs, we will create a concrete furnishing proposal, with suggestions for furniture and lighting from our range. The proposal will include a mood board, floor plans with dimensions, 3D drawings, a product overview, and a price offer.
5. Ordering
When the price offer is ready to be placed in an order, one of our business consultants will help you order everything you need. This ensures that the implementation of the solution goes as smoothly as possible. We offer several different services that you can use if you wish.
