Kitchen installation

For those who want to spend time on other things and let us take care of the installation work. The price applies to existing setups, and any plumbing and electrical services are extra.

What we do:

Assemble all cabinets
Install cabinets on the wall/floor
Assemble legs, plinths, cover panels, and fillers, and adjust them
Assemble and install drawers, shelves, fronts, and doors
Install handles and knobs
Install lighting
Install IKEA appliances
Install the worktop
Install the wall panel
Clean up and remove cardboard/packaging

If you are installing a METOD kitchen, these prices apply where we do all of the work, based on the size of your kitchen. Start-up fee is extra.

1-4 cabinets: 10.999,–

5-10 cabinets: 17.999,–

11-16 cabinets: 24.999,–

17-22 cabinets: 29.999,–

23-28 cabinets: 35.999,–

Over 28 cabinets: 899,– per item

Start-up fee is an additional charge to the installation price and applies per assignment. Start-up fee for areas within our assembly zones: 1.200,–. If you live outside our zones, our partner has their own prices. See zones overview.
If you are installing an ENHET kitchen, these prices apply where we do all of the work, based on the size of your kitchen. Start-up fee is extra.

1-4 cabinets: 7.999,–

5-10 cabinets: 14.999,–

11-16 cabinets: 21.999,–

17-22 cabinets: 26.999,–

23-28 cabinets: 32.999,–

Over 28 cabinets: 799,– per item

Plumbing service: 1.099,– / hour *

Electrical services: 1.099,– / hour *

Dismantling and removal of countertop: 1.599,– each

Dismantling and removal of old kitchen: 6.599,– each

Start-up fee is an additional charge to the price and applies per assignment.

If you order countertops from our partner Nerostein, the price starts from 7.999,– for measurement, delivery, and installation.

The road to a new IKEA kitchen

The road to your dream kitchen is fun and inspiring but can also feel overwhelming for many. Most kitchen journeys stretch over a long time and there are many tasks that need to be solved and many people involved from start to finish. IKEA and our partners can help you a lot during your kitchen journey, but you also need to be the project manager to coordinate the process as you want it. We have created a list of things that are important to remember in the process.

Here’s what you need to remember:

Clear out and empty cabinets and drawers of their contents.

Cover the floor and the room to minimise dust and damage when you dismantle.

Disconnect water and electricity from the kitchen. Don't forget to disconnect the water heater.
Dismantle your old kitchen

Remove tiles, tear down floors, walls, and ceiling if needed
Reroute and prepare electric points and any new circuits

Move/upgrade/prepare if necessary pipes and drains. Prepare the water heater for installation in new furniture.
Get floors, walls, and ceiling (surfaces) leveled and finished so the new kitchen can be installed.

Cover floors to avoid damage during installation.

Move new kitchen items and appliances to the nearest room for easy accessibility during installation. Print out kitchen drawings and item lists for the assemblers.
Welcoming the assemblers and discuss the tasks

Coordinate the installation with any other craftsmen.

Be available for questions.
Packaging and any waste from the kitchen installation should be cleaned up and removed.

The room is tidied and prepared for use.
