Pick-up and delivery
Flat-packed products are easy to transport, but that doesn't mean you have to do it yourself. We have several delivery methods for you and your wallet. Delivery options may vary depending on your order and location. You will see all available options in the shopping cart on IKEA.no. When you are in the store, you can ask an IKEA staff member about delivery alternatives.

Delivery options
Delivery speed depends on the order size, location, delivery requirements, and product availability. You can choose between delivery to the curbside, indoor delivery or express indoor delivery. Or you can save money by ordering online and collecting your items at an IKEA store or an external pick-up point. This service is called Click & Collect.
Parcel delivery to a post office or parcel locker: from 39,–
Smaller orders are sent as parcels to the pick-up point of your choice. You will be notified when the order is ready for collection. Delivered by Posten.

Parcel delivery to the door: from 99,–
Smaller orders are delivered to your door by Posten.

Curbside delivery: from 399,–
The order is delivered to the curbside at the first obstacle, such as near the front door or property boundary. You will be contacted by our carrier before delivery.

- Ideal for smaller furniture orders that you can easily carry indoors yourself
- Delivery price is based on the order value and your location

Indoor delivery: from 899,–
The order is delivered to your door - regardless of the floor. You will be contacted by our carrier before delivery.
- Minimum order value is 150,–
- The order is delivered to a room of your choice
- Delivery price is based on the order value and your location

Express indoor delivery: from 1.299,–
The order is delivered to your door - regardless of the floor. You will be contacted by our carrier before delivery.

- Delivery takes normally 1-2 working days.
- The order is delivered to a room of your choice
- Can only be ordered within the store's local area
- Delivery price is based on the order value and your location.

Would you rather collect the items yourself?
We have many external pick-up points around the country in addition to our stores.
Click & Collect in-store or from a pick-up locker: 0,– for purchases over 999,–
- No minimum order value
- 0,– for purchases over 999,–
- 99,– for purchases under 999,–
Don’t want to gather all the items by yourself? With Click & Collect, we gather the items from the warehouse and the store for you. You only pick them up from a single location in the store.
- Click & Collect will automatically appear in the shopping cart if it is available for your purchase
- At IKEA Leangen and IKEA Ringsaker you can also pick your items up from a locker
- You will be notified when your order is ready for collection
- You'll need to load the products into your car yourself, so don't forget to bring someone to help you!
External pick-up point: from 199,–
- No minimum order value for orders under 33 kg
- 199,– for orders under 30.000,–
- 599,– for orders over 30.000,–
You can collect your order at one of many external pick-up points around the country.
- When the order is on its way and can be collected soon, you will receive an SMS from us
- You'll need to load the products into your car yourself, so don't forget to bring someone to help you!

With IKEA's return service, we'll take care of the old when we deliver the new. This means you avoid heavy lifting and all the stress that comes with it. Plus, you can trust us to recycle, reuse, or responsibly dispose of your old items in the most eco-friendly ways available.

Good to know
- You can track a package here or use the link you received in the order confirmation email.
- For truck delivery, please let us know about any restrictions related to parking, time, or weight.
- Check that the package will fit through all doorways, hallways, staircases, and elevators in your home and building. Consult the package measurements on the product page.
- If you're living in an apartment or terraced house, you need to confirm that you can receive the order or that it can be safely left at the main entrance.
- We don't deliver live plants, food and drinks. You're always welcome to visit us in store. Some seasonal products and special collections can also be unavailable for delivery.
- You can make things even easier and combine IKEA's home delivery with our assembly service.
- Do you shop for your business? Take a look at IKEA for Business. We deliver the furniture directly to your company, allowing you to focus on providing excellent service to your customers.
- If you live on an island without a road connection, the order will be delivered to a mainland address or quay.
