Pick up in-store or from a locker: 0,– over 999,–
- No minimum order value
- 0,– when you buy for more than 999,–
- 99,– when you buy for less than 999,–
When you order Collect in store or from a locker, you choose a day, time and store for the pick-up. You can collect your order once you receive an SMS from us.
- Please arrive within the agreed time window. If you can't make it, your order will still be available until the end of the day.
- Remember to bring help if you have large items. We unfortunately can't help you load them into your car.
- At IKEA Leangen and IKEA Ringsaker, you can choose picking up from a locker 24/7, regardless of the store’s opening hours.
For kitchens or other larger orders, we recommend having the items delivered. But if you still wish to pick them up in-store, you're always welcome.
Click & Collect near you: from 199,–
- No minimum order value for orders under 33 kg
- 199,– when you buy for less than 30.000,–
- 599,– when you buy for more than 30.000,–
With “Click & Collect near you”, you choose a day and a time for the pick-up. We will pack your order at the nearest store and deliver it to the selected pick-up location.
- The van will be at the pick-up point within the specified time window, after which it will move on.
- Remember to bring help if you have large items. We unfortunately can't help you load them into your car.
Bring terminals
- Minimum order value is 150,–
- 199,– when you buy for less than 30.000,–
- 599,– when you buy for more than 30.000,–
When you order items for pick-up at one of Bring terminals, you choose a date and time window for the pick-up. The order will be packed and sent from our central warehouse to the selected Bring terminal.
- This applies to larger orders that cannot be sent as a postal package.
- Remember to bring help if you have large items. We unfortunately can't help you load them into your car.
Tips:
- If someone else is picking up your items for you, make sure they have the original email confirmation.
- Can’t see the Click & Collect option in your cart? This means either we are fully booked or there are not enough items available in stock. We recommend trying again at a different time.
- If you order a product that comes in different colours or finishes, for example some of our kitchen accessories and plants, it will not be possible to specify which colour/finish you want.
