You have up to 90 days to decide

It takes time for you and your new mattress to get used to each other. That’s why we give you 90 days to be sure you’re compatible. If the chemistry isn’t right, simply come back and choose another mattress. When you’ve found your perfect match, you can sleep easy for years to come.

  • The guarantee is only valid for private home use.
  • The guarantee does not apply to children’s mattresses, sofa bed mattresses, and mattress toppers that were purchased separately.
  • The comfort guarantee is only valid if you can present a receipt or order confirmation.
  • Bring the mattress to the Exchanges and Returns desk in the store.
  • If you want to exchange the mattress for a more expensive one, you only need to pay the difference.
  • Contact us if you want us to collect the mattress from your home. Return shipping is extra and will vary depending on where you live. The mattress must be wrapped in plastic before the driver arrives.
