Issues with your appliance

You can find answers to many questions in the user manual for the products. The user manual comes with the appliance but is also available online.

How to find the user manual on IKEA.no

  1. Search for the product in the search field.
  2. Click on "Product details" on the product page.
  3. Go to "Assembly and documents".
  4. Download the user manual (PDF) under "Advice & Care instructions". The table of contents provides an overview of all topics, such as "Troubleshooting".

If this doesn’t help, you need to contact us. Please have the product and receipt in front of you so that we can help you as quick as possible. You also need to locate the manufacturer number on the sticker on your appliance.

Do you need a charcoal filter for an outdated extractor hood?

If you need new charcoal filters for an extractor hood that is no longer in our range, you can order them through our partner - Hvitevareteknikk AS. The name of the charcoal filter can be found in the installation manual for the extractor hood.
