If the chemistry isn't right, you can exchange it for another mattress or get a refund voucher. Once you've found the right one, you can sleep well for many years to come.

• Does not apply to children's mattresses, sofa bed mattresses, or separately purchased mattress toppers.

• Bring the mattress to the Exchange and Returns department at the store.
• Want to exchange for a more expensive mattress? You only pay the difference.
• Want us to pick it up? Contact us. Return shipping costs extra and vary depending on where you live. The mattress must be wrapped in plastic before pick-up.
