Exchange and returns
It’s OK to change your mind! That’s why you have unlimited exchange and return rights on all unused IKEA products that are still in the assortment.

Is there an issue with your product, delivery or assembly service? Contact us. Please have your receipt and necessary documentation ready to resolve your claim as efficiently as possible.
IKEA spare parts
Our IKEA spare parts service is for when our customers want to repair their products, and through it we supply spare IKEA assembly parts, such as bolts and screws, and spare IKEA furniture parts.
