Absolutely! As an IKEA Family member, you have all your receipts stored digitally on your profile. If you can't find it, we're happy to help. All we need to know is when you shopped and how much you paid, and we'll take care of the rest!
As an IKEA Family member, your receipts are stored digitally on your profile, provided you registered your membership at the time of purchase. Sign In and navigate to 'My Purchases' to search, filter, and view your receipts. Please note that an order confirmation is also valid as a receipt.
If you cannot locate a receipt, please contact us.
Simply provide the date of purchase and the total amount paid, and we will assist you further. You can find this information on your bank statement.
