How do I order furniture and wardrobe assembly?

1. Add the products you want to buy to the shopping cart on IKEA.no. Here you get the opportunity to order installation directly in connection with your purchase. If you shop in the store, you can talk to an employee to order assembly.
   
2. Once you have ordered assembly and selected a date for the service, you will receive a confirmation from IKEA when your order has been registered. Within 24 hours, you will also receive a confirmation from Luado with a start time for the installation within the timeframe you have chosen. Here you also get the opportunity to communicate with the installer about the job.
   
3.  Luado will come to your home at the agreed time and assemble the products according to the assembly instructions. If you want them to bring the packaging, this must be agreed directly with the installer, and the price for this must then be agreed directly with the installer.  
   
4. After the job is done, you must approve this and you pay for the assignment at Luado.  Should something go wrong and you want to make a complaint, you can contact Luado directly.  

Terms and conditions of assembly

• Check that you have all the products to be installed and that they are not damaged. 
• If you are missing something or find a damaged product, contact IKEA customer service and inform the fixer so that you can agree on a new date and time for the installation.
• The products to be assembled must be easily accessible, either in the same room or adjacent room.  
• Remember to protect your floors.  
• If tools and materials are needed, this is agreed and paid for directly with our partner well in advance of the start of the assignment. This applies, for example, when you need products anchored/fixed to the wall.  
• If you wish to cancel the installation, you can do this free of charge 24 hours before the assignment starts. If you cancel when it is less than 24 hours, you will be charged a cancellation fee. For more information, see Luado's terms.  
• The service does not include the removal of rubbish or packaging, but can be ordered as an extra service from our partner.
