Why isn’t my payment going through?
If your payment isn’t going through, it could be due to incorrect card details, insufficient funds in the account linked to the card, the card being blocked for online purchases, or the card having a maximum limit for online purchases, which you need to change through your bank.
Before trying again, you can also try clearing cookies from your computer or making the purchase using a different browser or device, such as a mobile phone or tablet. Read more about our payment options.
If something is missing after delivery or Click & Collect at a warehouse or a pickup location, be sure to first check if your order is split into multiple deliveries, as the missing item may still be on its way.
