What is the status of my refund?
You can see the status of your refund in your purchase history by logging into your profile on our website.
If you are awaiting a refund for a cancelled order or have returned a product back to IKEA, we will aim to process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 business days.
If you purchased the item(s) in one of our stores and then returned it, you will only be able to see the refund status if you used your IKEA family card at the checkout. If you have waited over a week, feel free to contact our customer service so we can check the status for you.
Download the refund form from the Norwegian Customs website. The completed for is to be sent to IKEA.
