‘Value chain’ may not be such a warm and fuzzy term, but that’s how we lovingly nurture and carry every IKEA product from idea and design, through to sustainable production, warehousing and distribution, until it reaches our customers' homes. This process takes a lot of understanding, planning and technology, carried out by a wide variety of unique, hard-working, experienced and innovative people. Will you be there on the factory floor, partnering with suppliers to work smarter, better and save resources? Or maybe you prefer finding and purchasing the best materials for better home furnishing products and food? And of course, getting millions of products from A to B every day, to provide IKEA customers with exactly what they want, are just some of the vital links in our production and supply chain.

As a Food co-worker, you’ll be part of the team that keeps customers and co-workers happy and satisfied. No kitchen skills? No problem. Customer Service
Customer service is all about finding the best way to help our customers at every touchpoint. From product deliveries and returns to offering spare parts or just guiding people through the store, as a customer service co-worker you’ll spend a lot of time getting to know our products, services and customers. Where others see problems, we see endless opportunities to fulfil our customers’ needs in this new era of remote meeting, allowing a seamless journey for our customers whenever and wherever. When you think “IKEA” you might not think IT, but we’re actually pretty big on the tech side. We want to be in the lead when it comes to developing cutting-edge technologies and solutions that enhance the full IKEA value chain, and make everyday life at home better for our customers.
