Welcome to IKEA
A glorious future for your career
Where will you go? How will you grow? Get started and see. Every IKEA product is developed, produced, moved and sold through a series of IKEA companies in our value chain, which are all part of the IKEA brand. So there really is a role for everyone – what you'll do is up to you!

A link in our value chain
‘Value chain’ may not be such a warm and fuzzy term, but that’s how we lovingly nurture and carry every IKEA product from idea and design, through to sustainable production, warehousing and distribution, until it reaches our customers' homes. This process takes a lot of understanding, planning and technology, carried out by a wide variety of unique, hard-working, experienced and innovative people. It’s lots of different individual people with a variety of strengths and skillsets that keep our value chain moving. Maybe someone like you? Take a look and see if you could be the missing link in our chain.
Design & product development
Our products are our identity. Inspired by needs and dreams in people’s lives at home, they reflect our IKEA Democratic Design principles: form, function, sustainability and good quality – always at a low price.
