How do I know if I have a FAKTUM kitchen?
If you’re not sure what type of IKEA kitchen you have you can tell by looking at the holes inside a cabinet: FAKTUM cabinets have a single row of holes along the edge and METOD cabinets have a double row.
How do I make a FAKTUM guarantee claim?
Since August 2007, FAKTUM kitchens have been sold with a 25 year guarantee*. Any FAKTUM kitchens purchased prior to this date were sold with a guarantee of up to 10 years and therefore will no longer be covered. You will need a copy of your original receipt to make a claim. The last edition of the 25 year guarantee can be found below.
*Kitchen fronts have been sold with a 25 year guarantee since August 2008.
