What is an IKEA Planning Studio?

The IKEA Planning Studio is a new, innovative concept from IKEA and differs significantly from the classic IKEA store. In a small space, centrally located, you can plan the entire world of IKEA, order and have it conveniently delivered to you. You can expect inspiring interior solutions with a focus on kitchens and storage solutions for bedrooms and living rooms, inviting, spacious planning areas and plenty of time with our IKEA interior experts to make your dream home a reality.

The IKEA Planning Studio focuses on planning, ordering and delivery. It's not possible to take items home - all items from the range are delivered directly to your home or to a store near you. Simply order online and select Click & Collect. Then select the pick-up point where you would like to collect your order.
Can I return products at the planning studio?

Products cannot be returned directly to the IKEA Planning Studio. As before, products can either be returned to the nearest store or alternatively returned directly as a parcel.

Can I pay with cash at the IKEA Planning Studio?

No, unfortunately that is not possible. As early as 1 July, we will only offer cashless payment, as our focus is on planning larger living dreams. For larger purchases, we recommend that you check your personal limit with your bank in advance and have it raised for your purchase if necessary. Many banks also offer the option of changing your limit via mobile banking. By the way, you can also pay in instalments at IKEA.
