How it works

4. Pick up your order
As soon as your goods are ready for collection, we will inform you by SMS. Please note that you have to load your goods into your car yourself. Transport aids such as pallets or straps are only available in the stores, but not at the pick-up stations.
Returns & claims NEW
You can now return your goods to the Villach pick-up point. Regardless of size and weight - whether unpacked or still in its original packaging.
Simply fill out the return form and select the option "By parcel or Villach pick-up point".
Print out the label and take it with you to the pick-up point.
