The IKEA pick-up point is located directly at our new IKEA logistics centre, A22 exit Strebersdorf. Access to the pick-up point is via Scheydgasse.

How it works
1. Select products
Add your desired items to the shopping cart.
2. Shopping bag
Select IKEA pick-up point Strebersdorf in the shopping bag.
3. Schedule collection
In the next step you will see the earliest possible pick-up time and the service costs.
4. Pick up your order
As soon as your goods are ready for collection, we will inform you by SMS. Please note that you have to load your goods into your car yourself. Transport aids such as pallets or straps are only available in the stores, but not at the pick-up stations.
Returns and claims
At the IKEA pick-up points, you can only pick up goods. Keep the delivery note and return the goods to your IKEA store within 365 days. If you registered your IKEA FAMILY Card or IKEA BUSINESS Card when you placed your order, you can return your unused goods without an invoice for an unlimited period of time.
