Why is the IKEA Family Bonus Programme ending?

When will the last IKEA promotional card be sent?

As a thank-you for your loyalty, as an IKEA Family member you will receive an IKEA promotional card worth € 10,- after three purchases and a minimum purchase of € 300 within 12 months. The last IKEA promotional cards will be sent via email to the email address stored within your IKEA Family profile in June 2025.

When will the IKEA Family Bonus Programme end?

You have time until Wednesday, 4th June 2025, to meet the requirements for receiving an IKEA Family promotional card as described above. If you qualify by then, you will receive your IKEA promotion card by email in June 2025 to the address stored in your IKEA Family profile.

How do I know if I´m an IKEA Family member in Austria?

How can I redeem the promotional card?

In order to be able to redeem the promotional card, you must mail your Austrian IKEA Family card (digital card in the IKEA app newsletter or the plastic card) together with the QR code from the IKEA Family bonus program (digitally on your smartphone or printed out in paper form ) at the checkout in the IKEA store in Austria. Unfortunately, QR codes that are only partially printed out, damaged or illegible cannot be accepted.

Can I use my promotional card for an online purchase?

Unfortunately this is currently not possible.
