Roll-out picnic

Forget the board trend. Roll out a long sheet of paper, load it with hotdogs, burgers or tacos, and scribble the name of each topping. Call your friends and tell them to bring what they like. The options are as endless as the memories.

How to throw a hot dog party

Want to come over for hot dogs on Friday? Hot dog parties are the perfect way to build stronger friendships. Hosting a hot dog party generates a different kind of excitement and enjoyment. It's a relaxed way of making culinary memories together. Enjoying time with friends brings your stress hormone down and oxytocin up. This is what it means to get a natural high. Setting the date and inviting friends releases dopamine into your body. It’s triggered by the excitement of looking forward to things in the future.

  • Get your agenda and pick a date, send out invitations to friends and let the excitement begin. Invite your friends to bring every kind of possible, and impossible, topping.
  • Set the table, roll out MÅLA paper and start filling it with all the different toppings, the classic ones as ketchup and SENAP MILD mustard must be always there. Use markers to decorate the empty spaces and write down the ingredients.
  • Pick your hot dogs, or choose a delicious veggie version that is just as good or even better. Then start baking the hot dogs and buns together in the KONCIS roasting tin. In this way you save time.
  • Now it's all up to your creativity. Pick a bun with a FANTASTISK paper napkin and add all your favourite toppings, or be adventurous and try something new. Enjoy and roll-out an interesting conversation.

A dinner where everyone can contribute

The fun of a hot dog roll-out party is that everyone can contribute equally. While one person cooks the hot dogs, others can set up the table and get all the decorations in place for a cheerful dinner. MÅLA paper roll is easy to use as a temporary tablecloth - and you can doodle on it throughout the evening, creating new memories.

Go for simplicity, without compromising on taste

Hot dogs are a simple meal to prepare, but that doesn’t mean you can’t make them gourmet! Prepare hot dogs together with bread on a KONCIS roasting tin, giving the buns a nice smell. Serve spices and toppings for everyone to choose from, so all guests can have the hot dog they enjoy.
