Finally, select a payment method and click “Pay” to complete the order and conclude a binding offer with IKEA.
How does the system protect me from entry mistakes?
We all make mistakes, and that includes entering data. The ordering system automatically checks the data that we need for fulfilment for correctness and asks you to correct the data if necessary. If you make a mistake on entering your details and this goes unnoticed by our system, please let us know immediately by sending a message to the email address given in the legal notices for us to be able to respond as quickly as possible.
I received an order confirmation immediately, why have the goods still not been delivered?
We send an order confirmation message automatically generated in advance; this is to fulfil our legal requirement to inform customers that their order has been received. Payment or order conformation concludes the purchase contract.
