Any items we find will be kept at the customer service desk.

How to find and claim your lost item
Once your item has been found, we need to make sure it really is yours. Therefore, please provide us with as much detail as possible when reclaiming your item. Once you have verified that the item in question is yours, you can collect it from the customer service desk of the store where you lost it. The customer service desk is located in all our stores at the exit.
Please describe your lost personal property in detail so we can be sure it is yours. This is the only way we can hand over the item to you. We will be happy to hand over paid goods that you have forgotten upon presentation of the proof of purchase. Of course, the issue is only made if the missing person has been found.
If you are unable to visit your IKEA store be happy to check for you whether the missing item has been found. Please contact our customer service for this.
