Removal services
Do you want to redecorate your home with IKEA furniture and remove your old furniture or mattresses on delivery? It's not a problem. When we deliver your new IKEA products, we take your old products (sofa, electrical appliance or mattress) with us and take care of the proper disposal. Please note that the disposal is only possible if a new piece of furniture of the same type is purchased.

€ 29,- per sofa element collected
€ 29,- per mattress collected
When you buy your new mattress, you can return your old mattress free of charge to any of our IKEA stores.
€ 0,- per collected electrical appliance(plus delivery costs)
The service price depends on the number of items to be disposed of.
How to get this service
Come to our IKEA store and contact our staff to arrange a pick-up date for your delivery or book this service by phone or chat at customer service.
Please note that this removal by pick-up can only be booked in conjunction with a delivery and the goods to be disposed of must be ready in front of the apartment door. A removal must be booked at least 3 working days before the delivery date, so please reserve your service in time. We are unfortunately unable to take short-term removal requests into account.
Appliances installation & return service
You are buying new IKEA appliances and want to have your old appliances disposed of properly? It's not a problem. When we deliver your new IKEA appliance, we'll install it right away. In addition, we take your old product with us free of charge and take care of the proper disposal.
Free removal of your old appliances
When you buy a new IKEA appliance, we will take care of the removal of your old appliance free of charge.
- You buy your new appliance directly at the IKEA store and take it with you? You can return your old device with the same function to customer service.
- You are at an IKEA location and have your new appliance delivered to you? The staff will be happy to book you a free disposal at the time of delivery.
- You order your new electrical appliance in the online shop? Please contact our customer service. The staff will be happy to book the free disposal service for you.
Appliances installation service pricing
from € 49,- per IKEA appliance if you have not booked kitchen installation
(plus delivery costs)
If you have booked an IKEA kitchen installation, the installation price of the IKEA appliances is included.
How to get this service
Please book this service from an IKEA Store or Customer Service representative.
Please note that the installation of appliances is only possible in the course of a delivery. An assembly must be booked at least 3 working days before the delivery date, so please reserve your service in time. We are unfortunately unable to take short-term installation requirements into account.
