IKEA delivery saves you time and energy because we deliver your favourite products to a location of your choice throughout Austria.
Delivery by parcel starts at € 1,99 or by truck from € 29,-. We will tell you which delivery method suits your order. If your order is delivered by truck, our service partners will carry your order to a room of your choice. Or discover Click & Collect - simply order online and collect from any IKEA store or one of our collection points.

Delivery options
How quickly your order arrives depends on what you order, where it should be delivered, and whether all products are available. During the ordering process, we will show you the available delivery options, the estimated delivery time, and the exact costs. This allows you to decide at your own pace what suits you best.
Parcel Delivery, from € 1,99
Your parcel delivery will be delivered to you by Austrian Post!
New: We are happy to announce that parcel deliveries will now be delivered to your home by Austrian Post.By having your IKEA parcel delivered by Austrian Post, you have many advantages: more pickup points for pickup and more flexible control of your parcel delivery (such as dropping it off at a neighbor's house) online at Post.at or in the Post App.
Parcel delivery is ideal for small orders that need to be delivered directly to your home.
In order to be able to offer you our delivery options at a reasonable price, we have introduced a minimum order value of €25. This ensures that our delivery service remains efficient and future-proof in the long term and that we can deliver your products to your home as requested.
Price for parcel deliveries:

Regular price: € 4,99 for parcel deliveries
Specifications for parcel deliveries
- Maximum dimension: Belt dimension: 300cm (2 x width + 2 x height + 1 x length).
- Maximum length: 200cm
- Maximum goods weight for parcel deliveries: 56kg (max. 28 kg per parcel)
If the maximum dimensions or the maximum weight for parcel deliveries are exceeded, a forwarding agent will make the delivery at a separate price.
Please note that not all of our products are suitable for parcel delivery due to different criteria (e.g. fragility).
Parcel delivery by Austrian Post
From now on, your parcel delivery will be carried out by Austrian Post. You also have the option of picking up your order at one of over 4,400 Post Pick-up Points.
You can find many practical self-service solutions online at Post.at or in the Post app, such as parcel redirection, selecting a preferred delivery date or leaving the parcel at the desired location or with a preferred neighbor.

Standard Truck Delivery, from € 29,-
Standard truck delivery is suitable for larger deliveries, as your new furniture will be delivered directly to a room of your choice in your home. We take care of transport and carrying for you.
You can receive the standard truck delivery for orders with a minimum order value of €25.
Standard truck delivery prices for IKEA Family members & IKEA Business Network members
Monday - Friday:
- € 29,- for orders valued up to € 150,-
- € 39,- for orders valued between € 150,- and € 500,-
- € 79,- for orders valued between € 500,- and € 1000,-
- € 129,- for goods worth € 1000,- to € 1500,-
- € 199,- for goods worth over € 1500,-
Standard truck delivery regular prices
Monday - Friday:
- € 39,- for orders valued up to € 150,-
- € 49,- for orders valued between € 150,- and € 500,-
- € 99,- for orders valued between € 500,- and € 1000,-
- € 149,- for orders valued between € 1000,- and € 1500,-
- € 249,- for orders valued over € 1500,-
Only have time to assemble your new furniture on the weekend? No problem! Have your standard truck delivery delivered on Saturday for a surcharge of €10.
Express truck delivery, from € 49,-
With the Express truck delivery, your order will be delivered directly to a room of your choice in your home on the same or next day (within 48 hours). This way you don't have to worry about transport or carrying.
You can receive the express truck delivery for orders with a minimum order value of €25.

- € 59,- for orders valued between € 150,- and € 500,-

How the delivery service works
- Shop at IKEA.com or at your local IKEA store. Make your dreams come true—we'll take care of the delivery.
- Select your delivery option. Ordering online? You'll see the delivery options right at checkout. At the store, our customer service team will be happy to help you.
- Sit back, have a coffee (or three) and enjoy life while we process your order.
- You will receive a message from us or our shipping partner as soon as your delivery is on its way. Or you will receive a tracking number that you can use to easily track your delivery.
- Be at home when your delivery arrives to sign for it. Or take a look outside your door if your delivery is to be left there.
- Check your order for completeness and condition. Is something wrong? Let the delivery person know or contact our customer service team.
Good to know
- You can track your delivery here.
- For large deliveries, please inform us of any restrictions such as parking, time, or weight restrictions.
- Make sure that your delivery will fit through all doors, hallways, stairs, or elevators in your home or building. You can find the packaging dimensions under “Dimensions” and “Packaging” on the individual product pages.
- Live potted plants and food/beverages can only be purchased in the furniture store and cannot be delivered. Some seasonal items or collections cannot be delivered.
- You can often combine the IKEA delivery service with an assembly service for even more convenience.

Need help disposing of your old furniture?
We are happy to take care of the disposal of your old furniture when we deliver new furniture. This is completely stress-free for you. You don't have to worry about anything or lift any heavy loads. And you can rest assured that we will recycle, reuse or dispose of your old items in an environmentally friendly way.
Are you an IKEA Business Network customer?
The prices listed above apply to orders up to 3,000kg / 18m3. As a member of the IKEA Business Network, we offer you support regarding your orders of any size.
