Kitchen installation

Installing a kitchen is a bit like cooking: You can choose whether to do it yourself or just enjoy the result. We have professionals to set up your whole kitchen and you can start cooking right away.

Price

The installation of your kitchen is calculated as follows:

€ 99,- per METOD cabinet

€ 79,- per ENHET/KNOXHULT cabinet

The price of a kitchen assembly depends on the number of cabinets and the number of free-standing electrical appliances in your kitchen.

If your IKEA electrical appliance is built into a cabinet, the installation of the appliance is already included in the installation price for the cabinet. If your IKEA electrical appliance is not integrated into a cabinet, the installation of the electrical appliance will be charged at the price of a cabinet.

Hooking up IKEA appliances and lighting as well as travel are included in the price.

Didn’t buy your appliances at IKEA? No problem. We are happy to hook up your electrical device from a third-party manufacturer under the following conditions: Price of the corpus + installation fee of € 79,- per external appliance.

Special solutions will be charged extra.

Furniture assembly

Our products are designed to be easy for anyone to assemble. You can still book our assembly service if you don’t feel like assembling your new furniture yourself. You can just have professionals assemble your furniture for you at your home. They’ll even take the packaging with them and make sure that it’s disposed of properly.

Price

We charge for assembly services as follows:

€ 99,- flat rate for travel, tools, small items, disposal of packaging material, and similar
+ individual assembly costs for your furniture

These costs depend on the effort required, which is tied to the complexity of your furniture item. Ask our customer service for details.

How to arrange for this service

Arrange assembly service when paying in the online shop, after ordering under your orders, or in customer service. Sorry, it isn’t yet possible to pay for assembling all items online.

MyHammer* furniture assembly service

IKEA works with the MyHammer* trades portal to help you assemble your IKEA furniture and furnishings. Quickly find suitable tradespeople and service providers to assemble your furniture without the hassle.

Bathroom installation

Prefer to relax right away in your new bathroom? A helping hand is always greatly appreciated for setting up your new vanity and bathroom cabinets. We’ll be happy to provide you with professionals for assembly and installation of your bathroom furnishings.

Price

€ 149,- per bathroom
+ € 50,- per sink removal

Service includes bathroom furniture assembly and installation, connecting new fittings to existing corner valves, and installing your new bathroom lighting. We’ll also dispose of packaging materials.

Special requests, such as the installation of shower walls or doors, can be requested via our cooperation partner MyHammer.

Sofa assembly

We’ll deliver and assemble your sofa and dispose of the packaging materials. Note that sofas can only be assembled with delivery. Plan for at least three days into the future for delivery when ordering a sofa with assembly. 

We’ll also professionally dispose of your old seating as an optional extra to be booked in your order. Click here for further details on waste disposal.
