If the information contained in the user manual does not solve the problem, then our competent service partner will help you quickly and gladly. You should provide the following information:
- Type of disturbance
- Device model
- Type and serial number of the device (see type plate)
- the service number (digit after the word “SERVICE” on the type plate)
The service telephone number of the manufacturers can also be found in the user manual. If you do not have the instructions for use at hand, you can also find all the necessary information directly on the product label.
Guarantee case
If the product is covered by a valid IKEA warranty, have proof of payment for the product. You need proof of purchase to claim the warranty. On your invoice you will find the article number and date of purchase, which are necessary to process the claim. If you don't have your invoice ready, you can always check your IKEA Family profile under Purchases/Orders to see if you used the IKEA Family Card when making your purchase.
