Appliances repair service
On all IKEA electrical appliances (except LAGAN and TILLREDA) we give you a 5-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
A designated service company inspects the product and decides whether it is covered by the warranty. If this is the case, it will at its discretion either repair the defective product or replace it with the same or a similar product. Within the warranty period, the costs of rectifying the defect, or repairs, parts, labor and travel costs are covered, provided that the device is accessible and a repair is possible without special effort.
Longer life
After a few years old furniture also enjoy a little care. Our service for more sustainability and a longer life for your furniture will make you happy for longer.
Whether it is retightening screws or renewing silicone joints, re-adjusting the doors, fronts and drawers, finishing your worktop or testing the functionality of electrical appliances and lighting elements - we are happy to provide you with professionals who will take care of a small "overhaul" of your furniture.

per kitchen worktop treatment + € 45,-/h *
(grinding and re-setting of wood worktops)
* the worktop treatment is bookable only in connection with IKEA Longer Life Service
IKEA Longer Life includes tightening screws and joints, readjustment of doors, fronts, drawers and skirting boards, functional check of lighting elements and electrical appliances, as well as any spare parts carried by the employee.
