Can I open the pick up box multiple times?
You can open and close the pick up box several times within 1 hour.
After entering the pick-up code, the pick-up box can be opened and closed several times within 1 hour.
If you have received too many goods, you can leave them in the box and send us a message via the contact form (QR code available on site). The same applies to missing goods, incorrect products or damaged goods.
If you have ordered more goods than will fit in the car, you can contact us via the help phone for a solution.
