Why haven't I received a promotional card from the IKEA Family Bonus Programme by email?
It will be sent automatically at the beginning of the subsequent month after you have qualified for the IKEA Family Bonus. Please check your spam folder.
Once you have qualified for the IKEA Bonus Programme promotion card, we will send you the promotion card at the beginning of the following month by email to the email address registered in your IKEA Family profile.
It is usually sent between the 4th and 10th of the subsequent month, as our system needs a little time to check and correctly allocate all purchases.
If you have met the requirements for the IKEA Family Bonus Programme and have not received an IKEA Action Card by email, please check your spam or junk folder or check your IKEA Family profile to make sure your email address is up to date.
