Can I immediately delete the activity log of a PARASOLL sensor?
Yes. To erase the activity log of the sensor, you can factory reset it.
Please note that by factory resetting the sensor, it will lose connection to DIRIGERA hub and other connected products and scenes. It needs to be paired and set up again to DIRIGERA hub to function normally. The encrypted activity log stored in the IKEA cloud will be automatically and permanently deleted after 8 weeks.

Make sure the two parts of PARASOLL are aligned correctly. When they are not aligned correctly or the distance is not according to the assembly instructions, the sensor will not detect changes in status and will not send any activity log to DIRIGERA hub and the IKEA Home smart app.
