Can I change my IKEA Click & Collect collection time?
Need to reschedule? You can easily change your IKEA Click & Collect collection time online.
Yes. You can adjust your collection time slot yourself.
HOW IT WORKS
- Sign in to your IKEA customer profile.
- Open your order.
- Select the option to change your collection time slot.
- Choose a new available time slot.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW
- Changes are only possible if your order has not yet been collected.
- Available time slots depend on capacity at the selected IKEA store.
- If no time slots are available, please try again later.
GOOD TO KNOW
- You will receive a new confirmation email after making the change.
- Please arrive during your newly confirmed collection time slot.
- Changing the fulfilment method (e.g. from Click & Collect to home delivery) is not possible.
Would you like to postpone your Click & Collect date? This can be done conveniently through your IKEA Profile.
