The building, with its 160 trees and a well thought-out energy concept, makes a positive contribution to the microclimate and the environment. For this, the building was awarded the GREENPASS® Platinum certificate. The whole house is geared towards pedestrians, public transport drivers and cyclists. There is no room for cars there.
