If you wish to return living plants, custom-made products, products from the Second Life Shop, food items, or moderately used products, we will refund the value in the form of a gift card. Products excluded from returns are mattresses (these can only be returned within the 90-day trial period) and electronic devices that are not in their original packaging.

Products excluded from returns from the Second Life Shop:
- Electronic devices
- Mattresses
- Second Life Buyback Service items: Items purchased from the Second Life Shop can only be returned through a buyback (via the regular Second Life Buyback Service process). Please note the general guidelines of this process, which can be found on the Second Life Buyback Service page. You can identify the relevant items by the following sticker:

In the event of a return, we will refund your money to the payment method you used at the time of purchase or, if you prefer, in the form of a gift card.
Products that have been modified or altered by you, as well as incomplete products, are excluded from returns.
Please note: Returns and complaints can only be processed with proof of purchase (receipt, order number, or your IKEA Family card if you used it at the time of purchase).
