If the required spare part is not visible on the ASCI website, you can contact ASCI directly. Please have the model name and article number of your appliance ready and use the ASCI contact form.

If ASCI is unable to provide the spare part, please contact the manufacturer of your appliance directly. You can find the contact details in the user manual or on the manufacturer's website.
