How does a truck delivery work?

Orders that exceed the maximum weight or dimensions for a parcel delivery will be delivered by one of our freight forwarding partners. If you book "regular delivery", our service partners will carry your order to a room of your choice. If you want to save money, you can also choose "curbside home delivery" instead. Your order will be delivered to the sidewalk and you pay € 10,- less.

To ensure that everything runs smoothly when your goods are delivered, please note the following:

• The shipping company needs sufficient parking space at the delivery location. As a rule, we deliver with a 7.5t truck.
• A house number, name tag, a working doorbell and your telephone number will help us to find you quickly.
• To be able to deliver your goods, paths and aisles should be clear and sufficiently wide.

On delivery, compare the number of parcels using the delivery bill and check whether there is any damage to the parcels. If there is any damage, our carrier will note this on the delivery bill and we will get in touch with you.
